Stop Press - What a way to spend your day off! Went to the dentist this morning: he said the offending tooth would have to come out. After intensive questioning (Can I walk tomorrow? - yes ... I need to eat lots today - no problem) he pulled the offending thing out. I wonder if the tooth fairy will put a bit of sponsorship on the justgiving site?
